Spanish Saffron Minestrone Soup

Fresh vegetables, pasta, and aromatic saffron.

Beets and Burrata Salad

Roasted beets, citrus-marinated red onions, celery, cornichons, fresh herbs, and Saba, candied walnuts with creamy burrata.

Arugula & Granny Smith Apples salad

Spanish blue cheese, shaved onions, and sliced toasted almonds, with cranberry vinaigrette. 

Empanada

Spinach and feta with onions wrapped in pastry and baked.


M A I N C O U R S E

Catalan Classic Paella

Choice of Mixta, Meat, Seafood, or Vegetarian. Our take on a Spanish classic. Prepared with regional spices and sofrito piquillo peppers. Calamari, chicken, chorizo, shrimp, mussels, saffron, and bomba rice.

Eastern Diver Scallops (+$10)

Pan-seared, served over saffron risotto and sauteed spinach.

Pesto Penne Pasta

Spinach, basil, almond, olive oil pesto, balsamic-glaze, shitake mushrooms.

Bucatini & Guanciale

Garlic, Calabrian chili, herbs, Manchego cheese, and

sunny side up egg.

Catalan Ribeye (+$10)

12 oz Ribeye with crushed Yukon potatoes, chimichurri, and topped with blue cheese.

Pan Roasted Wild Salmon

Warm Catalan Couscous, vegetables. Tzatziki sauce with dill.

Grilled Colorado Rack of Lamb (+10)

Sauteed green cabbage, and harissa aioli.

Chicken Brochettes

Marinated & grilled chicken brochettes served with Moroccan rice and Chef’s sauce.
